Position: SAP PS Lead Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP PS (Project System) Lead Consultant with 8–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP PS and SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end SAP PS implementations, solution design, configuration, and cross-functional integration with SAP FI/CO, SD, MM, and HR modules.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP PS implementation and rollout projects.
Configure SAP PS master data and transactional data, including:
Project Definitions
Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
Networks
Network Profiles
Gather business requirements and design SAP PS solutions.
Prepare detailed functional specifications for RICEF developments:
Reports
Interfaces
Conversions
Enhancements
Forms
Workflows
Integrate SAP PS with:
SAP FI
SAP CO
SAP SD
SAP MM
SAP HR (CATS)
Manage project cost planning, budgeting, revenue planning, and revenue recognition.
Support project procurement and timesheet processes.
Participate in data migration and SAP upgrade activities.
Conduct user training sessions and provide post-go-live support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.

Desired Skills

Experience handling both Capital Projects and Customer Projects. Strong understanding of project accounting and financial processes. Preferred Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience working in Agile project environments. Ability to lead client discussions and mentor junior consultants.
